Alrhough my attire may not reflect like a Yogi, however I am deeply committed to a consistent spiritual practice. I have extensively studied the profound science of yoga, and my aim is to share the purest, most ancient techniques of Hatha yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Kriyas with a wider audience. "That is why Sushanti is not merely a destination; but a place of Life transformation" Who am I will be understood by a few people, and I am seeking to those individuals. All Sushanti programs are drsigned to facilitate a powerful transformation, enabling participants to live longer, healthier lives, free from physical burdens and mental stress. Once you sit with me for a period of time, your energy will remain intact and maintain stability until the end of your life.

My sessions are not solely focused on superficial goals such as body sculpting, weight loss, improved sleep, or blood pressure regulation. These benefits are natural byproducts of Hatha Yoga and Pranayama and will occur without conscious effort. The main concern is that your aim should ne to raise your perception, strive for self-realization and burn Karmas so that possibilities of new opportunities may come in your life. Based on my own perception and experts consultations I predict mental health issues and infertility will rise on very large scale in 1-2 decades.

Currently people promoting heart attack, liver failure, kidney failure as very common, nobody ready to take own responsibility. However it can be prevented by lifestyle modification, diet modification and one utmost thing needed to be adopted is HathaYoga Meditation under the supervision of an instructor who has the deepest understanding of Yoga. Yoga requires more participation than anything else. Of course yoga is spreading all over the world which is really good but I have seen that people doing all kinds of things in the name of yoga.

I personally think somewhere it's getting distorted and its purity is getting contaminated. See, today there are uncountable videos on social media where people teaching yoga in every part, almost in every park someone is teaching yoga inadequatly" People talk and laugh and look at themselves in the mirror while doing yoga, but this is not yoga. It is a circus happening in the name of yoga.

Its main purpose should be to transform this body into a superior and magnificent object.

As I believe, no one can be established in yoga until his physical body, mental body, and energetic body come to the single point. To do this, you need to work seriously on all three levels. And obviously you also need an instructor who is already established in yoga. Because only yogis know how to get established in yoga.

Is yoga suitable for everyone?

Individuals age eight years and above can generally participate. However, those with significant physical or mental health concerns should consult with an instructor to determine suitability for class participation.

How can yoga benifit your physical benefits?

Do we need to bring our own yoga mat?

Yes, one need to bring their own yoga mat.

What are timings of session and duration of classes?

We have Morning batch 6:30 AM Evening batch 6:15 PM Duration is one and half hour minimum to two ours maximum. Sunday remains off.

Are there any guidelines of class?

You have to arrive at the class with an empty stomach, ideally having fasted for four hours beforehand. Refrain from consuming stimulants such as tea, coffee, cigarettes, or alcohol, as these may interfere with your nervous system. Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Bring a bottle of lukewarm water. You have to arrive five minutes early to allow for comfortable breathing before the session commences.
